Breanna Young

Biography description

Breanna is an Associate in Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions and other day-to-day legal matters.

Breanna has experience acting for domestic and international clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, insurance, manufacturing and agribusiness. Breanna is known for her pragmatic and business-oriented approach. She partners closely with clients to navigate complex transactions efficiently, providing practical solutions that balance risk management with commercial objectives.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Breanna practiced in the Corporate & Commercial group at a pre-eminent Canadian law firm in Toronto.

Outside of the office, Breanna is a member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Equestrian, where she currently serves as Vice-Chair.
