Adam Greco

Biography description

Adam’s practice focuses on advising charities, not-for-profit corporations, professional associations, and other social benefit organizations on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, mergers, integrations and reorganizations, regulatory compliance, incorporation and charitable registration, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, he held various in-house and private practice roles, most recently as Legal Counsel at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. His experience across both environments gives him a practical understanding of regulatory compliance, operational realities, and organizational processes that he brings to his client’s work.
