Overview
Tania L. Pinheiro joined the Construction Law team as an associate in May 2019. In addition to her Bachelor of Laws degree, Tania completed her D.E.S.S. in Business Law and Contractual Practices from the Université de Montréal.
From the beginning of her practice, Tania has been interested in issues affecting the construction industry. Tania represents the interests of her clients and develops customized legal strategies to support them in implementing their projects and corporate objectives, particularly in the area of construction law. As a young professional, Tania is also involved with young entrepreneurs and her peers through conferences and publications.
Community involvement
During her university studies, Tania was actively involved with the Université du Québec à Montréal Faculty of Law. She acted as a volunteer at UQAM’s Legal Clinic and the Legal Mentoring Centre where she acted both as an instructor and speaker with regards to initiatives focused on academic success. Tania is also very much involved with various organizations, such as the Fonds des Anciens du Collège d'Anjou and the Young Bar of Montréal.
