Maxime Rhéaume practices in the field of private financing, whether it concerns financing contracts guaranteed by movable or immovable property. His clientele is mainly composed of financial institutions which grant loans linked to the financing of the acquisition of land, the construction of buildings and their long-term refinancing.

Maxime has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating loan and surety agreements. He also acts on behalf of financial institutions relating to the drafting of models of financing letters of offers, sureties, guarantees and other commitments used by these financial institutions. In particular, long-term loan offers; loan-construction; demand loan, surety bond, delay and subordination agreement, movable and immovable hypothec and other types of related contracts.

Maxime is highly involved with the University of Montréal where he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law. In addition, he has also been very involved in the community affairs of the University as a volunteer member of several committees.

Since 2012, Maxime has worked on a temporary basis at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Université Lumière Lyon 2.
