On 23 April 2026, an entity of real estate developer Groupe HD acquired the former Montreal YWCA building, located on René-Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal, with the financial support of Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec. The developer plans to undertake a residential rental project involving the construction of a 30-storey building with 400 rental units and a commercial component on the ground floor.
