On April 16, 2021, Spectrum Building Services Co. Inc. (“Spectrum”) closed its sale to Carma Corp. (“Carma”), a leading Canadian manufacturer of utility sub-metering equipment and a provider of utility billing solutions to multi-residential, condominium, commercial and institutional clients. Carma’s sub-metering systems and billing solutions enable customers to monitor energy consumption and improve sustainability.

Spectrum is a leader in the multi-residential services industry for flooring maintenance, emergency restoration and sanitization services.
