On November 17, 2025, NexMetals Mining Corp. (the “Company”) completed a “best efforts” public offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $80,000,070. The Company sold 14,035,100 units at a price of $5.70 per unit. The offering was conducted by SCP Resource Finance LP, as sole bookrunner, and Raymond James Ltd., as co-lead agent, together with Cormark Securities Inc.

The Company is a mineral exploration and development company focused on the discovery and advancement of copper-nickel-cobalt-platinum group elements resources. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of its Selebi copper-nickel-cobalt sulphide mines in Botswana and its Selkirk copper-nickel-cobalt-platinum groups elements sulphide mine in Botswana.
