Miller Thomson is acting as Canadian counsel to Vista Equity Partners in connection with its cross-border acquisition of Acumatica, a company specializing in cloud-based enterprise resource planning technology, from EQT. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
