On May 1, 2024, Imperial Dade Canada (“Imperial Dade”), a leading distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers and janitorial suppliers, acquired Wolfpack Packaging Inc. (“Wolfpack”).

Wolfpack is a leading distributor of industrial products and janitorial supplies in Ontario and is a key partner to its customers across Ontario, providing diverse product offerings and exceptional customer service.  

Miller Thomson advised the sellers of Wolfpack with a team led by Luigi Valente and comprised of Madison Derraugh (Corporate/ M&A), Karen Durell (IP/IT), Michelle MacGillivray (Labour and Employment), and Stuart Chaimberg (Real Property/Leasing).
