On December 31, 2024, Airgas Specialty Products, a premier supplier of ammonia for industrial applications, acquired Anco Chemicals Inc. (“Anco”) and substantially all of the assets of Great North Chemicals Inc. (“GNC”).  

Anco and GNC are leading Canadian specialty chemical supply companies based in Eastern Canada.
