Paul Neville joins the ranks of Miller Thomson as a Partner in the firm’s Toronto office and a member of the Corporate M&A group.
Paul’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and transactional matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his legal practice, Paul taught at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and has been actively involved in the arts community for many years, supporting independent productions and creative projects.
Paul holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University, an M.A. from the University of Toronto and an H.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
