Our panel will present on the employment, human rights and occupational health and safety-related challenges confronting carriers, 3PLs, brokers and freight forwarders during the reopening of the North American economy, and key considerations that they should take into account as they prepare for the post-pandemic environment. We will examine in particular:

  • Federal guidelines and occupational health and safety considerations for motor carriers?
  • Obligations in connection with downsizing
  • Human Rights considerations, including refusals to work, mandatory masks and temperature checks
