Roberto Noce is an experienced Alberta lawyer focusing on condominium law, real estate development, municipal law, and corporate/commercial matters. His clients include municipalities, developers, and condominium corporations, and he regularly represents them before various legal bodies. Roberto is widely recognized as one of Alberta’s leading condominium lawyers.

A dedicated legal educator, Roberto teaches at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law. His insightful columns in the Edmonton Journal and Calgary Herald keep the public informed on condominium matters. Roberto’s experience as a former Edmonton City Councillor also deepens his understanding of municipal dynamics, providing clients with a well-rounded perspective on their legal needs.
