Teresa D'Angelo

Biography description

Teresa assists with complex, large-scale transactions involving the acquisition of shares and assets. She prepares and drafts the legal documentation required for incorporations, organizations, amendments, mergers, continuances, reorganizations, stock option plans, and dissolutions.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Teresa worked as a corporate paralegal for fourteen years, including ten years at Stikeman Elliott, two years at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, and one and a half years at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt. Her practice focused primarily on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, tax reorganizations, and a wide range of corporate transactions.
