Biography description
Taelor Martens is a Paralegal with progressive experience supporting complex corporate and commercial transactions. She works closely with lawyers and clients to deliver comprehensive transactional support across a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, and ongoing governance requirements.
Taelor’s experience includes drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions and ancillary transaction documents, preparing closing materials, conducting due diligence reviews, and organizing and maintaining corporate minute books and statutory registers. She regularly assists with incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, and other corporate maintenance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to corporate law expertise, Taelor brings comprehensive knowledge in the area of commercial real estate and financing transactions as well as the preparation, review and registration of filings under the PPSA.
Recognized for her attention to detail, sound judgement, and ability to manage competing deadlines, Taelor is committed to providing accurate, responsive, and collaborative service to both legal teams and clients.
