Sonia brings almost four decades of experience to her work assisting lawyers and clients with corporate law related matters, including incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and due diligence reviews. Sonia also assists with limited partnerships and has extensive private companies experience regarding general corporate record-keeping and corporate search related matters. Sonia also has a comprehensive understanding of real estate matters including commercial purchases, sales and financings. She assists lawyers with the review of title searches and off-title searches, as well as drafting requisitions and preparing conveyancing documents.
