Scott, a seasoned litigator at Miller Thomson, brings unparalleled knowledge and experience to the table with a diverse background in private and public practice. His litigation prowess spans a wide array of areas including personal injury, employment law, commercial disputes, and estate litigation. Whether it’s settling through mediation or fighting in court, Scott ensures clients’ interests are well-represented.
Scott’s clients are served by a well-rounded legal advocate. After growing up on the family farm, community involvement is close to his heart and he has made sure to give back in a variety of roles, including as a coach for competitive volleyball, lacrosse, hockey, and soccer teams in the city. He has also served in senior leadership roles at a variety of local sports organizations.
Active in various legal associations, Scott is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association, Saskatoon Bar Association, Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the Civil Litigation Section of the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Branch.
