Biography description

Sarah’s practice focuses on labour and employment law. She advises and assists employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including labour relations, employment standards, human rights issues, attendance management, disciplinary measures, and terminations of employment.

Her practice includes conducting administrative and disciplinary investigations, drafting disciplinary measures, negotiating and preparing grievance settlement agreements, and advising on the interpretation and application of collective agreements. She also supports employers in the development and implementation of workplace policies and practices designed to ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour legislation.

Known for her dynamic and practical approach, Sarah is committed to providing tailored solutions that address her clients’ operational and legal needs. She is also recognized for her strong research and drafting skills.

Sarah is the recipient of the André Biron Scholarship in Administrative Law, awarded in recognition of her academic excellence and demonstrated interest in administrative law.
