Natasha’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular focus on construction, oil and gas, complex contractual disputes and corporate restructuring. Natasha has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta and has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Natasha is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and The Advocates’ Society. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Natasha practiced commercial litigation and restructuring at a major national firm in Calgary.
Natasha participates in the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the King’s Bench Amicus Program at the Calgary Courts Centre, where she provides pro bono legal advice to unrepresented litigants.
