Lyudmila (Lucy) Sivak

Biography description

Lucy Sivak is a lawyer in our Commercial Real Estate Group, advising on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and secured lending. She represents corporate and individual vendors and purchasers in conveyancing matters, as well as financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in secured financing transactions. Lucy also acts for institutional clients, including religious groups and charities. Lucy is a valued member of the team, known for her strategic and detail-driven approach. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network.
