Khushboo Goyal is a member of Miller Thomson’s Corporate M&A and Securities group. Khushboo’s developing practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities law, general corporate and commercial law matters, corporate finance and emerging technologies. Khushboo takes a keen interest in focusing on blockchain, cryptocurrency and smart contracts. She advises clients in the blockchain and crypto space on securities law and regulatory matters, listings on crypto asset trading platforms and other digital asset transactions. Khushboo brings a client-focused and analytical approach to advising businesses at all stages of growth and across a wide range of industries.
