Overview
Kevin Sherkin’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, with expertise in construction matters, shareholder disputes, real estate-related litigation and breach of trust claims. With over 150 reported cases, Kevin is known for aggressively pursuing the interests of his clients. He was a founding member and managing director of a boutique litigation firm prior to joining Miller Thomson.
Kevin has extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kevin is a member of The Advocates’ Society and Canadian Bar Association, and has participated as a Supervisor/”Judge” for the University of Toronto Law School’s Upper Year Moot course for the past four years.
Kevin is a past director of Temple Emanu-el and Youthdale Foundation.
