Katia Fenelus has more than 20 years of experience practising business law in France and Québec with national and international law firms. Through this experience, she has developed a detail-oriented, strategic, and business-focused approach.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including the management of corporate records and documentation for businesses at every stage of their lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution. She also has extensive experience preparing closing documentation for complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and tax and commercial reorganizations.

In addition, Katia prepares and reviews meeting minutes, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.
