Biography description

Jacqueline Hicks supports healthcare clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and commercial lending. Her experience includes advising on service, licensing, sales, and distribution agreements, as well as related intellectual property and regulatory considerations.

Jacqueline received her J.D from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.  Her broad-based corporate practice focuses on corporate/commercial matters, health regulatory, privacy and strategic advice to health industry clients. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Jacqueline served as Legal Counsel at a medical device and technology company, and previously worked at a regional law firm.
