Gina’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters as well as complex commercial litigation. Gina acts for debtor corporations, monitors, trustees, receivers, shareholders, and secured and unsecured creditors. She has broad experience in reorganizations under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act as well as informal restructurings in various industries.

Gina joins Miller Thomson with a range of experience representing individuals and corporations in Canada and the United States. Practicing in these jurisdictions has provided Gina the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients.

Gina provides pragmatic and personalized advice to align with her clients’ objectives. She recognizes that no two clients are the same, and works diligently from day one to recommend the most effective path forward.
