Biography description
Gabriel Dubois practices in business law, advising companies, shareholders and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and private equity. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provides practical and strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of their businesses and transactions.
Gabriel advises clients on acquisitions, divestitures, investments, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters. He represents purchasers, sellers, investors and businesses across a variety of industries, helping them navigate complex transactions and manage the legal considerations associated with their business objectives.
Gabriel also advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structures, shareholder arrangements and other matters arising in the course of their operations. He takes a practical and business-minded approach to his practice, with a focus on providing clear advice and effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
