Christine Duchaine has recognized expertise in environmental, energy and expropriation law, as well as in regulatory and municipal law. For more than thirty-five years, she has been guiding her clients through complex cases, proposing tailor-made legal solutions that combine diligence and creativity.
Christine’s areas of expertise include waste management, contaminated soil rehabilitation, environmental authorizations, and regulatory constraints. She also represents expropriated landowners in formal and informal proceedings, and in cases involving pre-emption rights.
An experienced litigator and strategic negotiator, Christine is an active member of several professional and environmental associations. She sits on the Board of Directors of 3RMCDQ, contributes to the Environmental Law Forum, and acts as a mediator for CCEAM.
