Biography description
Annabelle supports her clients diligently and efficiently, protecting their interests and guiding them every step of the way. Called to the Bar in 2024, she holds a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and has participated in civil and administrative litigation, most notably before the Superior Court of Québec, the Court of Québec, and administrative tribunals. Currently, she concentrates her practice on areas related to environmental law.
As part of an international arbitration on a project subject to the Environment Quality Act, Annabelle contributed to drafting an expert report. She also played a role in obtaining a stay of execution of a ministerial order that required a factory to cease operations. She has also been involved in several out-of-court settlements of environmental cases, in both civil and criminal law. On a day-to-day basis, Annabelle assists her clients in obtaining or modifying the authorizations necessary for their operations, assists them at all stages of environmental litigation and regularly drafts legal opinions on a variety of issues related to the field.
Meticulous and attentive to her clients’ needs, Annabelle always strives to find the most practical, creative, and advantageous solution, whether through the legal system or an amicable settlement.
