Overview

Jenifer Gentle works with the lawyers at Miller Thomson to solicit, capture, maintain, and disseminate the Firm’s knowledge resources. She provides knowledge management training and generally promotes the advancement of knowledge management at Miller Thomson. Jenifer also supports the implementation of the Firm’s Legal Project Management initiative, I3 (involve, improve, innovate).

Jenifer is a contributing author to XpertHR’s International Manual on Canadian labour and employment law. This online publication provides employers with key information on recruitment and selection, pay and benefits, employee rights, contracts of employment, training and development, equal opportunities, health and safety, trade unions and industrial relations, and termination of employment.

Jenifer is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Law School and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996.  Jenifer practiced labour and employment law for several years before taking on her current role.
