Gavin A. Millan has joined Miller Thomson’s Edmonton office as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group on December 1, 2025.
Gavin focuses on advancing his clients’ business objectives with a practical approach to corporate and transactional matters. He advises companies, from closely held family enterprises to multinationals, on acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions. Drawing on extensive experience in deal structuring and negotiation, he helps clients manage risk, allocate liability, and complete transactions efficiently.
Gavin’s practice spans multiple industries, with particular emphasis on aviation and commercial real estate. Whether facilitating aircraft and other asset transactions or guiding business acquisitions, he ensures each matter supports his clients’ broader business strategies and operational goals.
