A partner in the Capital Markets and Securities group, Jonathan has had a lead role in a number of capital markets and M&A transactions and is acknowledged for his client-first approach and customized guidance. He is actively invested in the professional growth of his colleagues, mentoring the Firm’s associates and championing student programs. Jonathan also has a long-standing history of engaging young professionals in charitable causes; notably, he is a founder and co-chair of the Breakfast of Champions in support of SickKids.
