Jenna Zaleski, Partner in Miller Thomson’s National Financial Services group, has been appointed the Americas Regional Chair of Multilaw’s Banking and Finance Practice Group.
Jenna advises financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border commercial bilateral, club, and syndicated lending transactions, including cash flow and asset-based lending. Her experience spans diverse industries, such as agri-business, Indigenous markets, telecommunications, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, technology, and sports and entertainment.
