Wallbridge Mining Company Limited Closes Best Efforts Public Offering for Gross Proceeds of Approximately $15.1 Million
Counsel to syndicate of agents with respect to Wallbridge Mining Company Limited's completion of "best efforts" public offering for gross proceeds of approximately $15.1 million
On October 31, 2025, Wallbridge Mining Company Limited (the “Company”) completed a “best-efforts” public offering (the “Offering”) for gross proceeds of approximately $15.1 million. The Company issued: (i) 65,000,000 charity flow-through units at a price of $0.15 per charity flow-through unit, (ii) 49,000,000 hard dollar units at a price of $0.11 per hard dollar unit, which included 4,000,000 hard dollar units issued pursuant to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, and (iii) 980,363 warrants, also issued pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option. The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by BMO Capital Markets, as sole bookrunner, and included SCP Resource Finance LP and Paradigm Capital Inc.
In connection with the Offering, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited agreed to subscribe for 6,275,897 hard dollar units pursuant to its existing participation rights for aggregate gross proceeds of $690,349.
The Company is a gold exploration company focused on the development of gold projects in Quebec’s Abitibi region. It holds a contiguous mineral property position totaling 598 km2 that extends approximately 82km along the Detour-Fenelon gold trend. The property is host to the Company’s flagship preliminary economic assessment stage Fenelon Gold Project, and its earlier exploration stage Martiniere Gold Project, as well as numerous greenfield gold projects. The Company continues to advance its efforts of exploration and sustainable development of gold projects.
