On November 26, 2025, Silver Tiger Metals Inc. (TSXV: SLVR) (“Silver Tiger” or the “Company”) completed its previously announced bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of C$40,004,000. The Company sold 54,800,000 common shares at a price of C$0.73 per share pursuant to a short form prospectus. The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., as joint bookrunners, and included Canaccord Genuity Corp., Desjardins Securities Inc., and Ventum Financial Corp.

Silver Tiger is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing its 100%-owned, 28,414-hectare El Tigre Project, located in the El Tigre Mining District of Sonora, Mexico.
