On January 16, 2025, ND Graphics Inc. (“NDG”) completed its acquisition of DistriMedia 52 Inc. and related exclusive Canadian product distribution rights for HEXIS.
NDG is a leading Toronto-based distributor in the sign, display and wide-format imaging market. The acquisition of DistriMedia 52 Inc. and related HEXIS distribution rights expands NDG’s national product offering, including paint protection film, vehicle customization foils, wall communication films, window films and installation tools.
