On February 1, 2026, 1564242 B.C Ltd., a company controlled by Lana Zayadi, completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Lexa Holdings Inc.
Following completion of the transaction, the acquired business underwent a comprehensive corporate reorganization, including a vertical short-form amalgamation and a subsequent name change designed to preserve the target’s established brand identity and continuity in the marketplace.
Lexa Holdings Inc., based in Whistler, British Columbia, is an interior design and décor company serving residential and commercial clients with curated furnishings, styling, and design solutions.
