Montréal, Quebec, October 1, 2026 – Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Antonio Nadaira has joined the Firm as a Partner in its National Corporate, M&A and Securities Group, based in the Montréal office, effective immediately.
A trusted advisor to businesses ranging from emerging companies to established enterprises, Antonio practices business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients through all stages of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, financings, shareholder restructurings and strategic reorganizations.
His early experience in tax provides an additional perspective on transaction planning and structuring, complementing his mergers and acquisitions practice. He regularly advises buyers and sellers on transaction structuring and other strategic considerations designed to support clients’ business objectives.
