Miller Thomson Advises Underwriters on Generation Mining’s $200 Million Bought Deal Financing

Counsel to the Underwriters with respect to Generation Mining’s $200 million bought deal financing

On September 14, 2026, Miller Thomson advised the Underwriters in connection with Generation Mining Limited’s $200 million bought deal financing, pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 312,500,000 common shares at $0.64 per share. The financing forms part of the final funding required to complete the fully financed construction package for Generation Mining’s 100%-owned Marathon Copper-Palladium Project in Northwestern Ontario, which includes a $140 million commitment from the Canada Growth Fund. The financing is expected to close on or about September 21, 2026, subject to required regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

Generation Mining Limited is focused on the development of the Marathon Copper-Palladium Project, a large undeveloped copper-palladium deposit in Northwestern Ontario. BMO Capital Markets is acting as sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters in connection with the bought deal financing.
