On August 13, 2026, Ucore Rare Metals (TSXV:UCU) (“Ucore” or the “Company”) completed a C$69 million “bought deal” public offering of 24,644,500 common shares at a price of C$2.80 per share, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The offering was co-led by Red Cloud Securities Inc. and B. Riley Securities, Inc.
Ucore is focused on rare-earth and critical-metal resources, extraction, beneficiation and separation technologies with the potential for commercial production, growth, and scalability. Ucore’s vision and plan is to become a leading advanced technology company, providing best-in-class metal separation products and services to the mining and mineral extraction industry.
