Karus Mining Inc. closes brokered financing for gross proceeds of $7.5 million
Counsel to Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., as sole underwriter and bookrunner, in connection with Karus Mining’s $7.5 million best efforts private placement.
On January 28, 2026, Karus Mining Inc. (“Karus”) completed a “best efforts” private placement of units led by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. (“Stifel”) as sole underwriter and bookrunner for total gross proceeds of C$7,553,613. Karus issued 8,886,604 units (the “Units”), at an offering price of $0.85 per Unit, which includes a partial exercise of the Agent’s option.
Karus is a mineral exploration company focused on its South Cariboo and Mineral Creek gold projects in British Columbia.
