Biography description

Attuned to her clients’ needs, Noémi takes a collaborative approach to devising tailored strategies that deliver effective results. Noémi’s practice focuses on municipal law and land use planning, and typically involves two key components: a thorough legal analysis of the situation, followed—if necessary—by litigation strategies. The creative solutions she develops to address zoning challenges, for instance, are the fruit of meticulous research on current regulations. For Noémi, the attorney-client relationship is, above all, a partnership. She fosters open communication to help clients navigate the complexities of the legal landscape.

Noémi specializes in proceedings under the Act respecting land use planning and development. With deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for accessibility to justice, Noémi actively shares her insights on the latest legal trends in urban planning through the articles she pens for various publications

During her internship at an administrative tribunal, Noémi became familiar with the legislation around contract management and access to information.
