Maxime Bergeron is a member of the Commercial Litigation Group. He represents business clients in civil and commercial disputes. He takes a pragmatic, strategic approach, considering the unique business circumstances of each matter to develop solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. Known for his rigour and strong organizational skills, he provides clear, effective guidance at every stage of the process.

His practice encompasses contract litigation, shareholder disputes, injunctive relief, and debt recovery matters, as well as cases involving non-competition and non-solicitation clauses.

During his studies, he served as Vice-President of Social Affairs of his student association, where he organized a variety of events bringing together professionals from major law firms and the business community.
