Mariah Lechner-Gillard

Biography description

Mariah is an Associate with a diverse practice in corporate matters, estate planning and administration, and charities and not-for-profit law. Mariah joined Miller Thomson as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm. She received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Prior to law school, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences at the University of Guelph.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Mariah drafted wills and powers of attorney for members of the community in need, with a legal aid clinic. She has also volunteered on various pro bono projects.
