Maria-Christina Sorbo-Mayrand supports her clients through every stage of litigation with a rigorous, structured, and solution-oriented approach. She handles complex matters involving civil liability, bodily injury, product liability, construction disputes, professional liability, transportation, warehousing, and administrative law. Her strong grasp of legal and commercial issues allows her to quickly identify strategic priorities. She is known for her efficiency, independence, and ongoing commitment to delivering measurable results.

With experience in both public sector litigation and private practice, Maria-Christina quickly identifies the legal and strategic issues at stake and offers solutions tailored to her clients’ realities, particularly in complex construction and professional liability disputes.

Maria-Christina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law, and a Master’s in Comparative Law from the Université de Montréal. Since her call to the Bar, she has been actively involved in the legal community. She served on the board of the Young Bar of Montreal, where she led the committees on interprofessional development, finance, and pro bono services. She also acts as a supervising lawyer at the École du Barreau’s legal clinic and regularly speaks at professional events, particularly in the field of transportation law.
