Biography description

Laura Bambara is a partner in Miller Thomson’s Litigation Practice Group in Montréal and specializes in complex commercial litigation, focusing on extraordinary remedies and shareholder rights disputes. She represents a diverse array of clients, including major Canadian and foreign companies, as well as Crown corporations. Laura has participated in numerous high-profile trials, showcasing her expertise in Quebec courts. Her ability to navigate intricate litigation and provide effective solutions is highly valued by her clients.

Laura is an active member of the legal community and has been teaching civil procedure at the École du Barreau du Québec since 2017. Her contributions to the profession, including her articles on directors’ liability, demonstrate her commitment to legal education and knowledge sharing.
