Erin is a corporate paralegal in the Edmonton office. She assists lawyers and clients with a wide variety of corporate transactions including, but not limited to, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, and reorganizations.

Erin has been a corporate paralegal for 5 years and has much experience drafting resolutions, agreements, ancillary documents, and filing notices, articles, etc. with corporate registry.
