Biography description
Arman Poushin practises in commercial real estate with a focus on a wide range of commercial leasing matters, acting for both landlords and tenants with respect to their retail, industrial and office portfolios. Arman’s experience includes the drafting and negotiating of commercial leases, offers, subleases, amendments, assignments, and other ancillary agreements. He also participates in lease due diligence projects, advising clients on their rights and identifying potential concerns. Arman is client focused and aims to provide timely and effective service from start to finish, while establishing a reputation for finding practical real estate solutions.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Arman worked at a full-service regional law firm in Toronto, where he began developing his commercial real estate and leasing foundation. Arman stays current with new developments in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on the Greater Toronto Area.
