Biography description
Alisa Miller is a Tax Paralegal in the Saskatoon office of Miller Thomson LLP, providing assistance to lawyers in corporate and personal tax planning and reorganization matters. She works with lawyers in preparing transactional documents and attending to incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions and filing of elections.
Alisa has over 15 years of experience which, in addition to tax, also includes residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, foreclosures, collections and realizations. In the course of her career, Alisa has mentored and shared her knowledge with other legal assistants to aid in their professional journey, as well as assisted in implementation of firm programs and procedures.
