Troy McEachren and Christos Panagopoulos will be presenting at the Collège de Montréal on December 3, 2015. The presentation will be in French.  The English translation of the topic is “Donation Agreements: The Do’s and Don’ts”.

Andrew Valentine, Karen Durell and Natasha Smith presented on November 25, 2015 at AFP Congress 2015 on the topic “CASL – A Fundraiser’s Guide”.

Troy McEachren spoke on November 24, 2015 at the Association of Fundraising Professionals on “Donations Agreements: Do’s and Don’ts”. This was an event co-sponsored with Raymond Chabot at Grant Thornton.

Karima Kanani spoke on November 24, 2015 on “Donor Recognition” at The Commons Institute’s seminar entitled Charities, Non-Profits and the Law.

Kate Lazier and Natasha Smith prepared an article for The Social Entrepreneur, published November 26, 2015, entitled Charity as a Vehicle for Social Enterprise”, which considers more fully how a charity can engage in social enterprise within the charity itself.
