As part of the 2019 Ontario Bar Association’s Institute,  Natasha Smith will be co-chairing the OBA Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Program titled, “Privacy, Land Development, and other key updates in Charity and Not-for-Profit Law” in Toronto, ON on February 5, 2019, along with Phillip Milley, Legal Counsel, Mastercard Foundation.

David Tang will be speaking at the OBA Institute on the topic:  “Land Development Issues for Charities and Not-for-Profits” in Toronto, ON on February 5, 2019.

Mary Childs spoke at the Haida Gwaii Regional Conference, organized by the Legal Services Society of British Columbia, on the topic:  “Legal Issues for Charities and Not-for-profits” in Masset, Haida Gwaii, BC on January 16, 2019.
